Hi, I’m Alice Nettleingham, the founder of The Failure Flip. I’m so glad you’re here. Before we work together, I want to make sure we’re both clear on how my services work, what you can expect and the agreements that keep our working relationship respectful, safe and enjoyable for us both.
By purchasing any of my products, services or programmes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. They’re here to protect both of us.
Our Terms and Conditions were last updated on 17th August 2025.
1. Who I Work With
You must be 18 years or older to take part in my services. By purchasing from me, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
If you’re dealing with significant mental health concerns, I recommend you consult with a licensed medical or mental health professional before participating in hypnosis or coaching. My work is powerful, but it is not a replacement for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment.
I reserve the right to decline working with someone if I feel my services are not appropriate for them.
2. My Services (and what they're not)
I use Conversational Hypnosis and coaching to help clients unlock clarity, shift internal blocks, and move forward with confidence. These sessions are deeply transformative but they are not medical treatment, therapy, or legal advice.
I don’t diagnose, treat or cure medical or psychological conditions. Your results will depend on your own commitment, openness and willingness to take action. I can’t promise specific outcomes.
3. Payments and No-Refund Policy
All purchases are final. I do not offer refunds.
Before you purchase, I invite you to take a moment and feel into whether The Failure Flip is right for you. This work asks for your full commitment and in return, I bring my full commitment to you.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellation Policy
When we work together 1-on-1, your session time is reserved just for you. Please arrive promptly for your online session time so you get the full benefit.
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, except in genuine emergencies. If an emergency does arise, please let me know as soon as you can.
If you miss your session without giving the required notice, the full session fee will still apply.
5. Between-Session Contact (1:1 Clients)
You can contact me between sessions via Telegram or email. I check messages Saturday to Wednesday during my office hours and I’ll respond within 48 hours. If you send a message outside of these days or hours, I’ll get back to you when my office hours open again.
6. Session Recordings and Materials
Hypnosis sessions are never recorded for later replay. These sessions are designed for in-the-moment transformation, release and integration. Recording them does not serve the process.
Coaching sessions may be recorded (with your consent) if we are brainstorming ideas or working through specific tools, so you can refer back to them.
Any recordings I create for you are for your personal use only. They can’t be shared, sold, copied or distributed.
7. Confidentiality
I take your privacy seriously. Everything we discuss in sessions is confidential unless:
You give me permission to share it.
I am required by law to disclose it.
There is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases of fraud, crime, or involvement of minors.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, tools and content I provide remain my intellectual property. You’re welcome to use them for your own personal growth, but you may not copy, share, sell or use them commercially without my permission.
9. Your Responsibility
When we work together, I bring my skills, presence and full attention. You bring your willingness, self-responsibility and commitment to this process. This includes:
Being an active participant in your hypnosis and coaching experience, seeing yourself as a partner in the transformative nature of the process.
Recognising that your thoughts, feelings, images and actions directly affect the quality of your life.
Acknowledging that your well-being depends on how well you care for yourself physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually.
Letting go of blame (of others or yourself) as it is a completely futile use of your energy.
Taking responsibility for your experience of life, knowing you create your life experience to the best of your ability in the moment, with the awareness and resources you have right now.
Arriving on time for your sessions and giving at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Creating a safe, distraction-free space for our sessions so you can be fully present and engaged.
Being open to explore what’s possible for you, even when it feels new, challenging or outside your comfort zone.
After your session, please don’t jump straight into driving, work or parenting duties. Instead, allow yourself some gentle time to integrate. Rest, move your body, eat something nourishing, journal, nap or take a quiet walk. Sleep is especially powerful after your first session, as it helps your mind and body settle into the transformation we’ve started together.
10. Limitation of Liability
I’m here to support you but you take full responsibility for your choices, actions and results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I’m not liable for any loss, damage or injury that may arise from your participation in my services.
11. Concerns or Complaints
If something comes up for you, please tell me. I value honest communication and will always do my best to resolve issues in good faith.
12. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be here on my website at https://www.thefailureflip.com/terms-and-conditions
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, no matter where you are located.
